Two things set the NP960UJH-XG3 apart from every other Galaxy Book6. First, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU with 8GB GDDR7 — this is a discrete GPU, not shared memory. Second, the processor is actually the Intel Core Ultra 7 356H (Panther Lake), not the Core Ultra X7 358H found in the other Ultra model. The Intel NPU handles on-device AI.
The 356H is the same chip as the Galaxy Book6 Pro NP940XJG-KG4. But paired with a discrete RTX 5070, this is a different machine entirely — creative workloads, video editing, 3D rendering, and GPU-accelerated tasks are where the NP960UJH-XG3 makes sense.
