Lenovo has launched IdeaPad Slim 5 82LN00JSIN laptop model powered by AMD Ryzen 5000 Series processor in India online. The MRP list price is ₹93,690. Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 5 82LN00JSIN is a mid-range, general-purpose laptop powered by AMD Ryzen 7 5700U octa-core processor which has a base frequency of 1.8Ghz and supports a boost clock of 4.3Ghz. It uses integrated AMD Radeon Graphics. Like many other general-purpose laptops, there is no Nvidia or AMD dedicated graphics card available on this model.

GoPro Hero 11 Black ‎CHDHX-111-RW Launched in India [ Amazon.in ]

Go Pro has officially launched Hero 11 Black ‎CHDHX-111-RW and Hero 11 Mini Action Cameras in India online. The price in the US for GoPro Hero 11 starts at $499.99. In India, GoPro Hero 11 Black ‎CHDHX-111-RW price starts at ₹51,500 and is now available to pre-order online from Amazon.in. Check here for more info and full specs. The new GoPro Hero 11 Black CHDHX-111-RW features a 27MP sensor and is powered by GP2 chip which we first saw in last year’s GoPro Hero 10 models. This new action camera supports 5.3K60 video recording as well as 2.7K 240 slow-mo video recording. It has a new 8:7 aspect ratio sensor which enables online creators and influencers to create better vertical style, mobile-friendly videos for Tiktok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.

Other features include HyperSmooth 5.0, Horizon Lock, improved stabilization for 4:3 aspect ratio footage, and AutoBoost for maximum stabilization with minimal image cropping.

Apart from the screen size, and battery backup, both of these models have identical specs. These models are available in 4 different color options – Space Black, Silver, Gold, and Deep Purple. Differences between Apple iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Plus

While the Pro models are powered by the latest and fastest Apple Silicon – Apple A16 Bionic chip, the regular iPhone 14 / 14 Plus models come with the last-gen A15 Bionic chip. This shouldn’t be taken as a big con, as the A15 chip is no slouch and can outperform many 2022 Android smartphones currently in the market.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus feature a Dual Camera system at the back. There is a 12MP Main camera with an F1.5 aperture lens and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera with an F2.4 aperture lens. The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models on the other hand feature a triple camera system at the rear. It has a 48MP main camera with an F1.7 aperture lens along with 12MP ultra-wide-angle and 3x telephoto lenses. These models also offer a 12MP 2x Telephoto option which is achieved by cropping the quad-pixel main sensor camera.

Even though there is a bigger megapixel sensor on board, the new iPhone Pro models do not support 8K video recording like many Samsung flagship smartphones. Both Pro and regular models have support for Cinematic mode up to 4K HDR at 30 fps and Action mode up to 2.8K at 60 fps.

The display is another area where we see a big difference between the iPhone 14 Pro models and regular iPhone Pro 14 / 14 Plus Models. The Pro models feature a Super Retina XDR display with up to 120hz adaptive refresh rate while the regular models also have a Super Retina XDR display, but without the 120hz refresh rate support.

The Pro models now make use of the notch area by introducing a new software feature called which Apple calls Dynamic Island. The regular models use the same old big notch. The Pro model display can achieve a whopping 2,000 nits peak brightness (outdoor) while the base iPhone 14 model display tops out at 1,200 nits peak brightness (HDR) which is still good.

Buying advice – Which iPhone 14 model should I buy?

If you already have an iPhone 12 or iPhone 13 model, in my opinion, it is not worth upgrading to the new iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Plus model. However, the iPhone 14 Pro / 14 Pro Max model is worth the upgrade as it now comes with a newer camera, as well as the new amazing Dynamic Island feature making it stand out from other iPhones Apple has released over the year. The Pro models also have the fastest A16 Bionic chip which is not available on the regular models.

Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale 2022 Dates Announced

Amazon India ( Amazon.in ) and Flipkart are gearing up for their biggest sale of the year 2022. Flipkart’s biggest sale of the year is the Big Billion Days 2022. Amazon.in on the other hand calls its sale Great Indian Festival Sale 2022. Both of these online shopping giants have started teasing their upcoming sale online.

Expected Big Billion Days 2022 Sale Dates
Flipkart held its 2021 Sale from October 3 to October 10, 2021. Amazon.in as well had their sale during those days. The 2022 Big Billion Days sale is expected to be held during the first week of Oct – probably on the same dates – Oct 3-10. Official sale dates are yet to be revealed.

Sep 10 Update: A promotion poster on the Amazon Mobile App has revealed the 2022 Great Indian Festival Sale Date. The sale will start on Sep 23 onwards online in India. This may not be the final date, but we can expect the sale to take place around that date.
