OnePlus 11 5G Launching in India on Feb 7th, 2023 [ Amazon.in ]

Amazon India has a promo teaser up showcasing one of the most anticipated smartphones of the upcoming year 2023 – The OnePlus 11 5G. It will launch in India on Feb 7th and will be available to pre-order / purchase soon after. OnePlus Buds 2 Pro is also expected to launch along with this smartphone.

OnePlus has always used the latest powerful Qualcomm chipset to power it’s flagship smartphones. The OnePlus 11 is expected to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor which will also be used on upcoming 2023 flagship smartphones like Vivo X90 Pro+, Nubia Z50, Xiaomi 13 Series, Motorola X40, Samsung Galaxy S23 series etc.

OnePlus has always been generous with the amount of ram their smartphones come with. Expect the base model to come with 8GB with a 16GB ram model expected.

OnePlus is bringing back a feature that they skipped on their last released flagship smartphone – the Alert slider. The promo pages have confirmed it will make a comeback on the OnePlus 11.

OnePlus’s partnership with Hasselblad is still on. So the OnePlus 11 cameras will naturally be tuned by the Hasselblad team and will come with their branding. The image sensors that capture the actual image, are expected to be made by Sony. While many manufacturers have started using a big 1-inch sensor like the 1-inch 50 MP Sony IMX989 sensor on their smartphones, it’s highly unlikely OnePlus 11 would feature this.

If you have been out of touch with all the Never Settle OnePlus news, you would be disappointed to know that OnePlus no longer ship their smartphones with Oxygen OS which was a great Stock Android-style OS with some great features. It now uses Oppo’s color OS style UI in their smartphones.

OnePlus Nord Watch listed on Amazon India | Check Price, Specs

OnePlus has launched Nord Watch First Gen model in India online. The MRP list price is ₹6,999. It will be available for a lower launch selling price of ₹4,999 for a limited time. You also can get extra discounts with some Bank Credit / Debit cards. Amazon.in has listed this model online. It comes in two color options – Midnight Black and Deep Blue.

OnePlus Nord Watch features a 1.78-inch AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of 500nits supported. The screen has a native resolution of 368*448 pixels with 326PPI. The max refresh rate supported by this display is 60hz.

OnePlus is launching a new health app called N Health along with the Nord Smartwatch. This is an exercise and health app that when connected to OnePlus Nord Watch, lets you monitor your health and activities. The Home screen of the app gives you an overview of your daily activity, exercise records etc.

Like every other smartwatch in the market, the OnePlus Nord Watch also lets you change the default watch faces. As of this writing, you can choose from over 100 watch faces.

It supports 105 fitness modes including Yoga, Meditation, Cricket, etc. There is a One Tap Measurement option available that lets you track SpO2 Blood Oxygen, 24-hour heart rate, Sleep tracking, All day stress tracking etc. This smartwatch also supports Women’s health tracking.

OnePlus Nord Watch boasts a battery life of up to 10 days. When connected to your smartphone via N Health, you can get Call and Message notification alerts, control media playback, and can be used as a remote shutter for your smartphone camera app. OnePlus Nord Watch has an IP68 water resistant rating which means you don’t have to worry when taking it for a swim or working out in the rain.

OnePlus 10T 5G Android Smartphone is now available to pre-order in India online from Amazon.in. The price starts at ₹49,999. ( Aug 3, Launch Price ). You can buy this in two different color options – Moonstone Black and Jade Green. The base model comes with 128GB storage and 8GB ram. If you want more ram and storage, you can get the 12GB ram 256GB storage model, which costs ₹54,999 in India.

OnePlus 10T 5G even though is powered by the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Mobile Platform, is not the current flagship smartphone in the OnePlus line-up. OnePlus 10 Pro 5G which has a slightly less powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, still offers better overall specs and features. The new OnePlus 10T 5G is the first time OnePlus launching a high-end smartphone without an Alert Slider since OnePlus 2 launch.

OnePlus 10T 5G features a 6.7 inch 120hz Fluid AMOLED Display with a native resolution of 2412 X 1080 pixels. OnePlus has equipped this model with a 4800 mAh battery and supports a ridiculous 150W SuperVOOC fast charging which is almost double what the Pro variant supports. Not only does this have super fast charging support, OnePlus also ships this fast charging adapter in the box, which should be appreciated as more and more OEMs are opting to ship their smartphones without charging adapters.

In the camera department, OnePlus is using a 3 camera system at the rear. The main camera is a Sony IMX766 50MP sensor with OIS support. You also get a regular ultra-wide-angle 8MP camera along with a 2MP macro camera. The OnePlus 10 Pro on the other hand came with a Hasselbald tuned Sony IMX 789 main camera and had a dedicated 8MP Telephoto lens.

OnePlus 10 T 5G ships with Oxygen OS based on the Android 12 operating system. While we all loved the close-to-stock Android flavors older flagship OnePlus smartphones came with, that’s no longer to be seen as newer models use Oppo’s Color OS style UI.
