Vivo has officially launched its X300 Series Android smartphones — the X300 Pro and the standard X300 — in India. Both models are now listed for pre-order on Amazon.in, with the official release date set for December 10, 2025.
The regular Vivo X300 starts at ₹75,999 for the 12GB RAM, 256GB storage variant. The more premium X300 Pro is priced at ₹1,09,999 and comes equipped with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage.
Amazon India has also listed the Vivo X300 Pro ZEISS 2.35x Telephoto Extender as an optional accessory for users looking to enhance the device’s imaging capabilities.

Let’s take a detailed look at the specifications and features of these 2025 Vivo flagship Android smartphones.
Both Vivo X300 and X300 Pro models are powered by Mediatek Dimensity 9500 (3 nm) octa-core processor and has Arm G1-Ultra GPU. You can buy these with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 Storage ( only available in some regions ).
In the camera department, the standard X300 features a 200MP main camera, a 50MP 70mm periscope lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera.
The X300 Pro, on the other hand, comes equipped with a 50MP main camera, a 200MP 85mm 3.7x periscope lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
Both models use ZEISS optics with ZEISS T* lens coating and support laser autofocus. However, the X300 Pro additionally includes a dedicated color spectrum sensor, which is not available on the regular model.
While the rear camera on the Pro model supports 8K video recording, the non pro model tops out at 4K 120fps.
On the front, both models are equipped with a 50MP camera with an F2.0 aperture, complete with autofocus and support for 4K 60fps video recording.
Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1260 x 2800 pixels resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The regular X300 gets a slightly smaller 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED screen offering a 1216 x 2640 pixels resolution and up to a 120Hz refresh rate. Both models can reach an impressive 4500 nits peak brightness.
The X300 Series ships with Vivo’s OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. Vivo is also promising up to five major Android version upgrades for both models, ensuring long-term software support.
