Go Pro has officially launched Hero 11 Black CHDHX-111-RW and Hero 11 Mini Action Cameras in India online. The price in the US for GoPro Hero 11 starts at $499.99. In India, GoPro Hero 11 Black CHDHX-111-RW price starts at ₹51,500 and is now available to pre-order online from Amazon.in. Check here for more info and full specs. The new GoPro Hero 11 Black CHDHX-111-RW features a 27MP sensor and is powered by GP2 chip which we first saw in last year’s GoPro Hero 10 models. This new action camera supports 5.3K60 video recording as well as 2.7K 240 slow-mo video recording. It has a new 8:7 aspect ratio sensor which enables online creators and influencers to create better vertical style, mobile-friendly videos for Tiktok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.
Other features include HyperSmooth 5.0, Horizon Lock, improved stabilization for 4:3 aspect ratio footage, and AutoBoost for maximum stabilization with minimal image cropping.
Like the last-gen Hero 10, the new Hero 11 Black also has built-in, foldable mounting fingers – so you don’t have to use a separate housing to mount it like the older generation GoPros. The Hero 11 is equipped with a 1720mAh Lithium-Ion Enduro battery for better, long-lasting battery life.

GoPro’s main rival in the action camera market – DJI – has also announced their Osmo Action 3 camera on the same date. It is yet to be available to pre-order online in India. Price-wise, DJI Osmo Action 3 will be available for a cheaper launch selling price in India.
