Lenovo has announced IdeaPad 5 14ABA7 2022 India Models for the Indian market powered by AMD Ryzen Barcelo processors. The top-end laptops in this series are powered by AMD Ryzen 7 5825U octa-core processor and the cheaper models have AMD Ryzen 5 5625U Hexa-core processor or AMD Ryzen 3 5425U quad-core processor.

Lenovo IdeaPad 5 14ABA7 2022 Series uses soldered memory and supports up to 16GB of ram memory. The Ryzen 3 5425U model uses single-channel memory while Ryzen 5 5625U and Ryzen 7 5825U models have dual-channel ram memory. You can’t upgrade or add more ram as these don’t have any DIMM slots.

In the storage department, this supports a single drive only ( 512GB M.2 2242 SSD or 1TB M.2 2280 SSD ).

Lenovo IdeaPad 5 14ABA7 features a 14-inch Full HD screen with an IPS panel supporting a peak brightness of 300nits and has a regular 45% NTSC color gamut. The top-end models have displays with a 100% sRGB color gamut. Lenovo will also be launching some cheaper Ryzen 3 powered models with a TN panel instead of an IPS.

It comes in 4 different color options – Abyss blue, Cloud grey, Stone blue and Storm grey. Lenovo has equipped laptops in this series with an Integrated Li-Polymer 56.5Wh battery and provides a 65W USB-C (3-pin) AC adapter in the box.
