Nikon Z5 is an entry-level Full Frame mirrorless camera which slots between Nikon Z50 and Z6. It features a 24MP Full Frame sensor with Hybrid Auto Focus support featuring 273 Phase-detect auto focus points covering 90% of the sensor.
It is powered by the Expeed 6 processor which poweres many other Nikon high end cameras like Z6 as well. Like many other mirrorless cameras launched recently, Nikon Z5 also has built in 5-axis image stabilization to help with you to shoot better photos and videos.
It can record 4K videos up to 30fps albeit with a 1.7x crop. Full HD at 60fps is supported without any crop as well.
Nikon has equipped this with a 3.69M-dot OLED viewfinder which we saw in the more expensive Z6 last year. The back LCD screen has a 1.04M-dot resolution which is of a lower resolution comparing to the Z6′ 2.1M-dot display. If you like to shoot to multiple cards at the same time, you would be happy to know this one comes with 2 UHS-II SD card slots.
