New Tech Gadgets, Laptop Launches in India [ April 2022 ]

OnePlus 10 Pro 5G – the latest flagship smartphone from OnePlus Mobiles is now available in India online. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor and ships with an 80W SuperVOOC fast charger in India. The price for this starts at ₹66,999. OnePlus is also gearing up to launch OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G Android Smartphone in India.

Xiaomi 12 Pro 5G is another smartphone launching in India this April. It will be available in Indian markets from April 27th onwards.

12th Gen Intel ( Alder Lake ) powered laptops are now starting to arrive in the Indian market. MSI, Asus, Samsung, and Acer have new models with these new 12th Gen chipsets on board. Check some of the new launches below.

Tech Stories India – New Launches in Laptops [ May 2021 ]

Nvidia has announced a new entry-level GPU in the RTX 30 Series line-up – RTX 3050 / RTX 3050 Ti. These models will be available on many entry-level gaming laptops launching in India in the coming months. Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, Acer, HP etc will all be launching budget Gaming laptops with this new GPU on board.

Intel has also launched a few H-Series processors in the 11th Gen Tiger Lake series. Many high-end gaming laptops with RTX 3080 and 3070 will be combined with the new H-Series Core i7-11800H octa-core processor. Many 2021 Mid-range laptops will be using the Core i5-11400H Hexa-core processor.

Vaio is back selling Laptops in India. They have just announced two new series with 11th Gen Intel processors. The mid-range VAIO SE14 2021 Laptops have a launch price of Rs 69,990 and the high-end Vaio Z 4K Laptop ( NZ14V3IN001P ) has a price tag of Rs 3,52,990. ( Note: these new laptops are not made by Sony ).

Asus has launched Zephyrus G14 2021 Laptops models with AMD Ryzen 5000 Series chipsets and Nvidia RTX 3060 GPUs in India. It was supposed to go on sale on May 12th onwards and Amazon.in has listed a few models. As of this writing, these models are still unavailable to purchase ( check here ).

Microsoft has launched Surface Laptop 4 13.5 inch 2021 models in India online. These are powered by 11th Gen Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 4680U chipsets are now available to pre-order online from Amazon.in. The MRP price is Rs 1,02,999 – Rs 1,51,999.

HP has launched their first OMEN Laptop powered by Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU and Intel Core i7-10870H octa-core processor in India online. It has a launch price tag of Rs 1,34,999 on Amazon.in.

New Launches in Mobiles online on Amazon India [ March 2021 ]

OnePlus, Xiaomi and Oppo are all gearing up to launch new Android smartphones in India during March 2021 via Amazon.in.

OnePlus has been teasing the launch of their next flagship Android smartphone – OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro with the tagline “Something new is on the Horizon”. This can be an indication the upcoming smartphone will feature a 50x like digital zoom functionality that could capture distant objects, for eg the Moon. A few leaks have revealed an OnePlus smartphone with a Hasselblad branded camera system on the back. According to the Promo images on Amazon.in, the OnePlus 9 Pro will be launching in India on March 8th. The first sale date will be announced during the launch event. ( check here for more info ).

Xiaomi on the other hand has launched Redmi Note 10 Series in India. There are 3 phones in this series. The high-end in this lineup, Redmi Note 10 Pro Max will be available to purchase in India from 18th March onwards via Amazon.in ( Price: Rs 18,999 – Rs 21,999 ). This model features a 120hz SAMOLED display and has a 108MP main camera. The regular Note 10 Pro model also has a 120Hz refresh rate display but comes with a 64MP main camera ( Price: Rs 15,999 – Rs 18,999 ). The cheapest in the lineup, Redmi Note 10 features a regular SAMOLED screen with 60hz refresh rate support ( Price: Rs 11,999 – Rs 13,999 ).

Another new Android smartphone launching during the month of March is the Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G and F19 Pro models. The launch event is scheduled for March 8th and will be available to purchase / pre-order soon afterward. Oppo is also launching a fitness band on the same date – Oppo Band Style.
