Processor & Performance

MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 Super Edition runs the X Fold6. It is an 8-core, 3nm chip laid out as 1 × 4.21 GHz, 3 × 3.5 GHz and 4 × 2.7 GHz, with the Arm G1-Ultra GPU handling graphics.

Memory & Storage

There is one configuration: 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM with 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. Extended RAM, done in software, adds up to 24GB. Storage cannot be expanded.

8.02-inch Main and 6.51-inch Cover AMOLED Displays

Unfolded, the phone opens to an 8.02-inch (20.38 cm) AMOLED main display at 2504×2312. The 6.51-inch (16.53 cm) AMOLED cover display runs at 2528×1120. Both panels refresh at 120Hz, sit at 424 PPI, support the P3 wide colour gamut and reach a local peak brightness of 5000 nits.

HDR10+, Netflix HDR, Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid are supported across both screens. The main display uses M14 light-emitting material and carries SGS Eye Care Display certification, while the cover display uses Q11 material and is SGS Low Blue Light certified.

200MP ZEISS Triple Rear Cameras

All three rear cameras carry ZEISS branding:
