Dell has launched a few 2022 Alienware X15, X17 R2 Gaming Laptops in India powered by 12th Gen Intel processors ( Alder Lake ) and Nvidia RTX 30 Series GPU. The price for the base model starts at ₹2,49,990 ( as of this writing – April 2022 ).
There are a few different models listed online, and some of them are in stock online on Amazon.in to purchase / pre-order. Check them out below.
The high-end models in this 2022 Alienware Laptops series are powered by Core i9-12900HK or Core i9-12900H processor. For graphics, Dell has equipped these models with 16GB Nvidia Geforce RTX 3080 Ti GPU.
The base model currently available in India is powered by 12th Gen Intel Core i7-12700H processor and has Nvidia RTX 3060 GPU. You can also buy this with RTX 3070 Ti GPU.
All above models come with a Full HD screen with a max refresh rate of 360hz supported. It has features like 1ms response time, Advanced Optimus, CV+, NVIDIA G-SYNC etc. Dell has also announced some other models with 165hz QHD, 240hz QHD, and 120hz UHD 4K displays. Currently, these models are not listed online in India.
Some of these models ship with the new LPDDR5, 5200 MHz ram memory. All these models support the new 6Ghz WiFi 6E network. Dell has powered these models with a 6 Cell, 87 Wh, Lithium-Ion battery and comes with Alienware Battery Defender.
You either get an Alienware X-Series thin keyboard with per-key AlienFX lighting or Alienware CherryMX ultra low-profile mechanical keyboard with per-key AlienFX RGB.

Lenovo IdeaCentre 3 90SM004FIN is an entry-level, budget tower desktop launched in 2022. It is powered by 12th gen Intel Core i3-12100 quad-core processor which has got 4 Performance-cores ( P-cores ) with a base frequency of 3.3Ghz and a turbo boost clock up to 4.3Ghz supported. This processor doesn’t have any E-cores. For graphics, it has integrated Intel UHD Graphics 730 GPU.
It comes with 4GB of ram and has 1TB HDD storage. It has got 2x DDR4 UDIMM slots and supports up to 32GB DDR4-3200 ram memory. You can add an SSD drive storage thanks to the empty M.2 SSD slot available ( up to 1TB ).
IdeaCentre 3 90SM004DIN ( Price: ₹29,032 ) is a similar model with the same specs and features. Both these models have exact specs and features. Dell Alienware x17 R2 D569944WIN9 is the high-end model in the 2022 Alienware x17 R2 Series. It is powered by Alder Lake 12th Gen Intel i9-12900HK 14-core processor. It has 6 P-cores ( Performance Cores ) and 8 E-cores ( Efficient Cores ) supporting a total of 20 threads. The P-core on this supports a turbo boost clock up to 5.00 GHz while the E-core can go up to 3.80 GHz.
For graphics, Dell has equipped this model with 16GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti laptop GPU. The specs on Amazon.in mentions this to have a Max Graphics TGP of 155W.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 7 21CD000RIG is powered by 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1240P 12-core processor. It has got 4 Performance-cores ( P-cores ) and 8 Efficient-cores ( E-cores ) supporting 16 threads in total. The P-core on this is clocked at 1.7Ghz and can go up to 4.4Ghz in turbo boost mode. The E-core on this has a base frequency of 1.2Ghz and supports a 3.3Ghz boost clock. For graphics, it uses Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics GPU.
