For storage, it has a 512GB M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD. Lenovo lists two M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 slots on this chassis, supporting up to two drives and up to 2TB per drive. There is no optical drive and no card reader.

15.3-inch WQXGA OLED 165Hz Display

This Legion 5a (Legion 5 15AHP11) features a 15.3-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) OLED Glossy panel that supports 165Hz refresh rate. The max brightness supports is 1000 nits peak ( in HDR model – certified to DisplayHDR True Black 1000 ) and it has regular 500 nits typical brightness. It also supports Dolby Vision and G-SYNC, and carries X-Rite factory colour calibration with a 92% active area ratio.

Lenovo’s specification sheet lists colour coverage as 100% DCI-P3, while the Amazon India listing states 100% sRGB. Either way it ensures excellent color reproduction.

The panel is not a touchscreen and pen input is not supported.

Connectivity

For wireless connectivity, it has Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be 2×2) with Bluetooth 5.4. A wired 100/1000M Gigabit Ethernet port is fitted. WWAN is not supported.

While the models currently listed on Amazon India are powered by Series 3 Intel Core Ultra 5 322 and Core Ultra 7 355 processors, the Dell 14 DS14260 series is listed to launch with additional Intel processor options, including the Series 3 Intel Core Ultra 5 336H, Core Ultra 7 356H, Core Ultra X7 358H, and Core Ultra 9 386H. We currently don’t know if Dell plan to launch all these variants in India or not. Stay tuned – we will update this blog with additional models once they become available.

Graphics are handled by integrated Intel Graphics for all models except the one powered by Series 3 Intel Core Ultra X7 processor which has integrated Intel Arc B390 graphics.

Memory and Storage Specs

All models in this series uses Onboard Dual-channel LPDDR5x memory. So, there is no option to upgrade to more RAM. The memory speed is either 8533 MT/s or 7467 MT/s. Up to 32GB ram models are available.

In the storage department, Dell 14 DS14260 only has a single M.2 solid-state drive slot which comes with a TLC M.2 2230 PCIe Gen4 drive ( up to 2TB configurations ).
