In India, Apple has launched its latest MacBook Pro laptop models, the 14-inch and 16-inch, featuring the Apple M2 chip. These new MacBook Pro laptops are available in Silver and Space Grey colors.

The new 14-inch Macbook Pro 2023 with M2 chip is now available for purchase online in India, starting at an MRP of ₹1,99,900. The base model is equipped with the Apple M2 Pro chip, featuring a 10-core CPU and 16-core GPU. It comes with 16GB of unified memory and 512GB of SSD storage. For those in need of more power and storage, the Macbook Pro 14 2023 variant with an M2 Pro chip that has a 12-core CPU and 19-core GPU, and 1TB of storage is available at a price of ₹2,49,900. Customers who require even higher performance can opt for the Macbook Pro 14 with Apple M2 Max chip, which has a 12-core CPU and 30-core GPU, 32GB of ram, and 1TB of SSD storage, at a cost of ₹3,09,900. Both the 14-inch and 16-inch models are available in Silver and Space Grey color options.

In India, the starting price of the 16-inch Macbook Pro 2023 with M2 chip is ₹2,49,900 (MRP). The base model comes with 16GB of unified memory and 512GB of SSD storage, and there is also a 1TB variant available. These models are powered by the Apple M2 Pro chip, featuring a 12-core CPU and 19-core GPU. For those seeking higher performance, the Macbook Pro 16 with the Apple M2 Max chip is also available, with a starting price of ₹3,49,900 in India. Display Specs
The 16-inch Macbook Pro 2023 boasts a stunning 16.2-inch Liquid Retina XDR display, offering a native pixel resolution of 3456×2234 pixels. It also supports ProMotion technology, providing adaptive refresh rates of up to 120Hz for a smoother visual experience. Additionally, the XDR (Extreme Dynamic Range) technology enhances the display quality, enabling it to reach a peak brightness of 1,600 nits in XDR mode. In regular mode, the maximum brightness tops out at 500 nits.

The 14-inch Macbook Pro 2023 also features a Liquid Retina XDR display, measuring 14.2 inches and with a native resolution of 3024×1964 pixels. It also supports XDR and ProMotion technology for adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz. The maximum brightness values are the same as the 16-inch model, with a peak brightness of 1600 nits in XDR mode and 500 nits in regular mode.

Battery Capacity
The 16-inch Macbook Pro 2023 comes with a 100-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery and can be charged using a 140W USB-C Power Adapter. On the other hand, the 14-inch model features a smaller 70-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery and can be charged using a 67W USB-C Power Adapter or a 96W USB-C Power Adapter.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold 16 Gen 1 21ES0015IG ( 16.3″ QSXGA Folding OLED Touchscreen )

Lenovo has announced ThinkPad X1 Fold 16 Gen 1 21ES0015IG Foldable OLED laptop for the Indian market. The launch date, MRP pricing, availability etc are not announced at the time of the writing. We expect this to be available to pre-order / purchase in the coming weeks online from Flipkart / Amazon.in etc.

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold 16 Gen 1 21ES0015IG is a premium foldable laptop powered by Alder Lake U 12th Gen Intel Core i7-1250U 10-core processor. It features a 16.3-inch QSXGA resolution Folding OLED display with multi-touch support. It comes bundled with ThinkPad Bluetooth TrackPoint Keyboard and Stand and Lenovo Precision Pen 2 with USB Cable.

Lenovo ships this model with 16GB of ram memory ( Soldered LPDDR5-5200 ) and 1TB of SSD storage ( M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0×4 NVMe Opal2 ). It is equipped with an integrated 64Wh battery (48Wh + 16Wh) and comes with a 65W USB-C Slim (3-pin) power adapter.
