A Note on the Price Before You Buy

DRAM and NAND contract prices have risen sharply through 2026, and memory and storage are a large part of a gaming laptop’s bill of materials. New models entering the market are being priced against those higher component costs, which is why a configuration launching now can cost considerably more than the same configuration launched a few months earlier.

The comparison is easy to make inside the LOQ 15IRX10 line itself. For example, the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 83JE019XIN carries the same Intel Core i7-13645HX, the same RTX 5050 8GB, the same 16GB DDR5 and the same 1TB SSD on the same 15.6-inch 144Hz FHD panel, and it launched at Rs 1,34,990 in April 2026. The 83JE01G5IN covered here launches at Rs 1,76,990, which is Rs 42,000 more for a matching specification.

A few other models with similar specs are worth checking on the same basis. For example, the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 83JE019WIN (Core i7-13645HX, RTX 5060 8GB, 16GB, 1TB) launched at Rs 1,49,990 in July 2026, and the Lenovo LOQ 15IRX10 83JE01F0IN (Core i7-13650HX, RTX 5060 8GB, 16GB, 1TB) launched at the same Rs 1,49,990. Both carry a higher graphics tier than the RTX 5050 in this model at a lower launch price. Before ordering, check whether the older model numbers are still listed and in stock. Where an earlier model with the same or better silicon is still available, the newer launch date on its own is not buying anything extra.

Processor & Graphics

Under the hood is the Intel Core i7-13645HX, a 14-core chip split as 6 performance cores and 8 efficiency cores for 20 threads in total. P-cores reach 4.9 GHz and E-cores 3.5 GHz, with 24MB Intel Smart Cache. The platform runs on the Intel HM770 chipset.

Graphics are handled by the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5050 8GB GDDR7 with a boost clock of 2370 MHz and a TGP of 100W. Lenovo rates the combined platform at 440 AI TOPS and lists a dedicated LA1 AI chip on board.

Memory & Storage

The laptop ships with 16GB DDR5-5600 fitted as a single SO-DIMM module. There are two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots, dual-channel capable, and the ceiling is 32GB DDR5-5600. With one slot free, memory can be doubled without discarding the module already installed.

Storage is a 1TB M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe SSD. Lenovo lists two M.2 slots, supporting up to two drives.

15.6-inch FHD 144Hz IPS Display

The display is a 15.6-inch FHD (1920×1080) IPS panel with an anti-glare finish, running at a 144 Hz refresh rate. Brightness is rated at 300 nits, colour coverage at 100% sRGB, and the panel carries G-SYNC support. Screen-to-body ratio is listed at 88% active area ratio.

The panel holds TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification through a software solution. It is not a touchscreen, there is no pen support, and no factory colour calibration is listed.

Cooling and AI Engine+

Thermals are handled by Lenovo’s Hyperchamber Cooling, which combines turbo fans with copper heatpipes. Fan and performance modes are switched with the Fn+Q shortcut.

According to Lenovo, AI Engine+ tunes CPU, GPU and system settings automatically through the Lenovo AI Core, and its Scenario Detection adjusts those settings in real time depending on whether the machine is gaming, streaming or handling everyday tasks.

Connectivity
